the 1970's, the time that taste forgot

typical 1970's naff stuff, how could they consider this desirable? the vase pique on the left is one of the worst examples I have seen, think of the classic Delft flower brick and that is a world away, although I could do with another watering can, I would prefer not to even see this red plastic one, let alone handle it

Vases made in the shape of shoes or boots

Why were vases made in the shape of shoes or boots? Why would anyone buy one on ebay? Yet there are plenty of listings on ebay for boots in glass and ceramics.

They are awful. I can't stand them and want to smash them up!

There are too many vases on ebay. They are old and naff, but not in a good antique or shabby chic way. And why are the prices so high? Sellers don't want to accept that their old crap is worth so little.

I also hate hot lava vases. They are so crude and unrefined, so 1970's. I don't know if they were only made in the 70's but they sure do look 1970's.

Ok, rant over.
